Category Pharmacy - Pharmacist Job Type Direct Hire A full-time Pharmacist position is available in a retail pharmacy setting located in Dingmans Ferry, PA. This direct hire opportunity offers a dynamic work environment with variable day and afternoon shifts, totaling approximately 69 hours biweekly. The role requires an experienced professional to lead pharmacy operations while delivering exceptional healthcare services. Key responsibilities include maintaining strong collaboration with the store operations team to support associate engagement and communicate company strategy effectively. The pharmacist is accountable for ensuring prescription accuracy and compliance with state and federal regulations through thorough Drug Utilization Reviews and final quality assurance checks. Driving business growth through clinical programs such as immunizations and Medication Therapy Management (MTM) is essential, along with inventory management geared towards meeting customer needs and maximizing profitability. Additional duties involve supervising pharmacy staff, providing coaching and training, managing security protocols, and resolving customer inquiries to build trust and satisfaction. You will also liaise with physicians and utilize pharmaceutical references to resolve prescription-related issues and maintain a well-organized and clean pharmacy environment. Prioritization of department tasks like cycle counts, inventory, and customer will-calls is crucial to ensure efficiency.
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
Bachelor of Pharmacy or Pharm.

D. degree Current Pennsylvania Pharmacist License Current Pennsylvania Immunization License Experience in retail pharmacy operations and team leadership
