Compensation :
$180,000+, with flexibility based on experience and background
Bonus:
Eligible for up to 20% annual bonus
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, Regular Business Hours Benefits:

Daily Responsibilities:
Oversee daily pharmacy operations with a focus on cost control, workflow efficiency, regulatory compliance, and high-accuracy dispensing, ensuring performance consistently meets or exceeds organizational standards Provide hands-on leadership to build a strong, engaged workforce; manage staffing, scheduling, performance, and culture; and strengthen customer relationships through proactive communication and issue resolution
Qualifications:
5+ years of Leadership experience Must have experience overseeing large teams Track record of driving organizational turnaround or transformational change High-performing leader with strong analytical and people management skills Interested in being considered?
