ASAP Key Responsibilities:

Maintain collaborative relationships with store operations and pharmacy teams, driving associate engagement and communicating pharmacy strategy effectively. Oversee the accuracy and appropriateness of all prescriptions through Drug Utilization Review and Final Quality Assurance in compliance with pharmacy regulations. Manage the pharmacy department to build a profitable business by promoting script growth and clinical programs such as immunizations and Medication Therapy Management. Collaborate with district management to control inventories and track sales to meet customer demand. Align departmental performance with key metrics, ensuring operational efficiency and effectiveness. Provide exceptional customer service through healthcare counseling and addressing medical-related inquiries. Supervise pharmacists, pharmacy associates, and support staff, including training, coaching, and disciplinary actions. Ensure pharmacy security and maintain a clean, organized workspace. Handle and resolve customer issues to build trust and loyalty. Communicate with physicians and use reference materials to address prescription questions. Manage department tasks like cycle counts, inventory management, and will-calls to ensure timely completion. Focus on ongoing training and development to improve staff performance and control labor costs.

Qualifications:
