Schedule:

10-hour shifts: typically 9am

• 7pm 11-hour shifts: typically 9am
• 8pm 12-hour shifts: either 8am
• 8pm or 9am
• 9pm Variable day/afternoon shifts

Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain collaborative relationships with store operations, fostering associate engagement and communicating strategic goals. Ensure accuracy in prescription fulfillment through Drug Utilization Review and Final Quality Assurance, compliant with state and federal pharmacy regulations. Manage departmental profitability and script growth by implementing clinical programs such as immunizations and Medication Therapy Management (MTM). Work closely with the District Manager and pharmacy staff to control inventory and optimize stock based on sales. Align pharmacy performance objectives with measurable department metrics to enhance effectiveness and efficiency. Provide healthcare counseling and resolve customer inquiries to enhance trust and loyalty. Supervise pharmacists, pharmacy associates, and support staff, including training, coaching, and discipline. Uphold pharmacy security and maintain orderly department conditions. Interact with physicians and utilize reference materials to resolve prescription issues. Prioritize and complete departmental tasks such as cycle counts, inventory management, and will-calls timely.

Qualifications:
