62 hours bi-weekly Variable day and afternoon shifts Typical 10-hour shifts: 9am

ASAP Key Responsibilities:
Foster strong partnerships with store operations to drive associate engagement and align pharmacy initiatives with company strategy. Ensure prescription accuracy and compliance through thorough Drug Utilization Review and Final Quality Assurance per regulatory standards. Manage inventory and order pharmaceutical stock to meet customer demand and optimize profitability. Lead pharmacy staff by providing training, coaching, and performance management to enhance team effectiveness and reduce turnover. Implement clinical programs that support script growth, including immunizations and Medication Therapy Management (MTM). Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing medical inquiries and providing healthcare counseling. Maintain pharmacy security, cleanliness, and operational excellence. Handle customer issues and complaints to build trust and loyalty. Coordinate with healthcare providers and reference materials to resolve prescription-related questions. Prioritize department tasks such as cycle counts, inventory control, and managing will-call orders to ensure smooth operations.
