This full-time, direct hire role offers a dynamic work environment with varied shifts including 10, 11, and 12-hour schedules between morning and evening hours. Responsibilities include maintaining strong collaboration with the store operations team to drive associate engagement and communicate strategic objectives. You will ensure the accuracy and compliance of prescriptions per state and federal regulations by performing Drug Utilization Reviews and Final Quality Assurance checks. Managing the pharmacy's profitability and prescription growth is vital, including oversight of clinical programs such as immunizations and Medication Therapy Management (MTM). Inventory management through sales tracking and ordering will also be part of your duties. Additional leadership responsibilities include supervising pharmacists, associates, and support staff, providing coaching and training, and handling disciplinary actions. Maintaining security measures in the pharmacy, resolving customer inquiries and complaints, and building trust are key components of this role. Interaction with physicians and the use of reference materials to resolve prescription-related issues are integral to daily operations. You will also prioritize tasks including cycle counts, inventory controls, and managing will-calls, while fostering continuous staff development to improve performance and reduce turnover.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:
