This full-time opportunity offers a dynamic schedule with various shift lengths designed to provide flexibility while maintaining excellent patient care standards.
Location:
Williamsport, PA Schedule/Hours:
Bi-weekly hours: 69 10-hour shifts: 9am
  • 7pm 11-hour shifts: 9am
  • 8pm 12-hour shifts: 8am
  • 8pm or 9am
  • 9pm Variable day/afternoon shifts
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with store operations to drive associate engagement and align pharmacy strategy with company goals. Ensure prescription accuracy and compliance with state and federal regulations through thorough Drug Utilization Review and quality assurance checks. Manage inventory and order pharmaceuticals to meet customer demand while maximizing profitability. Implement clinical programs such as immunizations and Medication Therapy Management to grow the pharmacy business. Oversee and coach pharmacy staff, manage training, disciplinary actions, and maintain department security. Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints to enhance customer trust and satisfaction. Work with healthcare providers to clarify prescriptions and resolve issues. Maintain a clean, organized pharmacy environment and prioritize essential operational tasks like inventory control and cycle counts.
Qualifications:
Bachelor of Pharmacy or PharmD degree Current valid Pennsylvania Pharmacist License Current Pennsylvania Immunization License Experience in retail pharmacy management preferred This direct hire role requires a proactive leader committed to operational excellence, patient care, and team development. Competitive compensation starts at $59.50
