Category Pharmacy - Pharmacy Manager Job Type Direct Hire A dynamic Retail Pharmacy Manager opportunity is available in Williamsport, PA, offering a direct hire position overseeing pharmacy operations within a busy retail setting. This full-time role involves managing pharmacy staff, ensuring compliance with regulations, and driving business growth through clinical programs and excellent customer service.

Williamsport, PA Schedule:
Variable day and afternoon shifts, working approximately 69 hours bi-weekly with shift lengths of 10-12 hours (typical hours range from 8am to 9pm)

Direct Hire Key Responsibilities:
Lead and collaborate effectively with the store operations team to align pharmacy activities with company goals and promote associate engagement Ensure prescription accuracy and regulatory compliance by conducting Drug Utilization Reviews and final quality assurance checks Drive profitability and script growth through clinical services such as immunizations and Medication Therapy Management (MTM) Manage inventory control in partnership with district management to meet customer needs while optimizing profits Establish and monitor performance metrics aligned with operational effectiveness and efficiency Provide exceptional customer care, including handling inquiries, counseling, and resolving complaints to build loyalty Supervise pharmacists, pharmacy associates, and support staff; provide coaching, training, and discipline when necessary Uphold pharmacy security and maintain department cleanliness and organization Engage with healthcare providers and reference materials to resolve prescription-related issues Oversee daily operational tasks such as cycle counts, inventory, and managing will-calls
Qualifications:
