- Pharmacy Manager Job Type Direct Hire This direct hire opportunity is for a full-time Pharmacy Manager position in a retail pharmacy setting located in Mifflinburg, PA.

Variable day and afternoon shifts 10-hour shifts (typically 9am
- 7pm) 11-hour shifts (typically 9am
- 8pm) 12-hour shifts (either 8am
- 8pm or 9am
- 9pm) Bi-weekly total of approximately 62 hours
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with store operations and pharmacy staff to drive associate engagement and communicate strategy. Ensure accuracy and compliance by conducting Drug Utilization Review and Final Quality Assurance according to state and federal regulations. Manage pharmacy inventory, order pharmaceutical stock, and implement clinical programs such as immunizations and Medication Therapy Management (MTM). Align department performance objectives to key measurable metrics for efficiency and effectiveness. Provide exceptional customer service, addressing medical-related inquiries and healthcare counseling. Supervise, train, coach, and manage pharmacy associates and support staff. Maintain pharmacy security and resolve customer complaints to build trust and loyalty. Communicate with physicians and utilize reference materials to clarify prescription issues. Oversee pharmacy cleanliness, staff development, task prioritization, inventory management, and will-call processes.
Qualifications:
Bachelor of Pharmacy or PharmD degree
Current Pennsylvania Pharmacist License Current Pennsylvania Immunization License Compensation:
