Responsibilities:

Foster collaborative relationships with store operations and pharmacy teams to drive associate engagement and ensure alignment with company strategy. Ensure prescription accuracy and compliance with state and federal Board of Pharmacy regulations through comprehensive Drug Utilization Review and Final Quality Assurance. Grow pharmacy business by managing inventory effectively, implementing clinical programs such as immunizations and Medication Therapy Management (MTM), and tracking sales performance. Supervise pharmacists, pharmacy associates, and support staff including training, coaching, and performance management. Provide superior customer service by assisting with medical-related inquiries and healthcare counseling. Maintain pharmacy security and cleanliness, manage customer issues, and liaise with healthcare providers as needed. Prioritize and execute daily pharmacy operations including inventory control, cycle counts, and will-call management. Qualifications /

Desired Experience:

Bachelor of Pharmacy or PharmD degree. Current Pennsylvania Pharmacist License. Current Pennsylvania Immunization License. Strong leadership and communication skills with experience in retail pharmacy management.

Burnham, PA Schedule:

62 hours bi-weekly. Variable shifts including 10-hour (9am-7pm), 11-hour (9am-8pm), and 12-hour shifts (8am-8pm or 9am-9pm). Days and afternoons rotating.
