B Pharmacy Operations Salary:
$160,000-$180,000 + 15%Bonus Location:
Remote (Limited Travel) Ready to lead a high-impact 340B pharmacy program? Our client is a technology-enabled healthcare organization focused on improving specialty care through pharmacy optimization, intelligent data management, and operational excellence. They are seeking a Director, 340B Pharmacy Operations to lead the operational delivery and compliance of their growing 340B Infusion Leakage Program. What You'll Do- Lead the organization's 340B operational and compliance program.
- Oversee HRSA compliance, OPAIS registration, eligibility validation, and financial integrity.
- Direct implementation, onboarding, training, and successful go-live execution for new partners.
- Develop SOPs, quality assurance processes, and compliance audit programs.
- Monitor KPIs, governance activities, and operational performance across partner organizations.
- Identify opportunities to improve program performance and support continued growth. What You Bring
- 3-5+ years of direct 340B program management experience.
- Strong knowledge of HRSA regulations, OPAIS registration, and Medicaid carve-in/carve-out strategies.
- Experience with Verity Solutions, Macro Helix, CareTend, WeInfuse, or similar 340B platforms.
- Understanding of infusion therapy, specialty pharmacy operations, and payer reimbursement.
- Experience leading compliance initiatives, developing SOPs, and collaborating with healthcare stakeholders.
- PharmD or RPh preferred.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related healthcare or business field.
- Experience leading multi-site 340B programs and cross-functional teams. Benefits
