We are seeking an experienced Pharmacist-in-Charge (PIC) to oversee daily pharmacy operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and provide high-quality patient care. The ideal candidate will have strong retail pharmacy experience and leadership skills.

Responsibilities:

Serve as PIC and ensure compliance with state and federal pharmacy regulations. Oversee prescription verification, dispensing, compounding, and medication management. Provide patient counseling, medication therapy management, and immunizations. Ensure proper medication storage, inventory control, and controlled substance compliance. Supervise and develop pharmacists, technicians, interns, and pharmacy operations staff. Monitor pharmacy operations, quality, customer service, and performance. Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare providers. Maintain accurate records and ensure adherence to pharmacy policies and procedures. Requirements PharmD degree from an accredited institution. Active South Carolina Pharmacist License. Minimum 1 year of retail pharmacy experience. Experience with prescription filling, verification, pharmacy operations, and insurance. Strong knowledge of state and federal pharmacy laws and controlled substances. Certified Immunizer or willingness to obtain certification within 30 days. Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
