Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Pharmacy Director to lead hospital pharmacy operations in Memphis, TN. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing pharmacy operations, clinical services, regulatory compliance, budgeting, and staff development while ensuring safe and effective medication management.
D. or Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy Active Tennessee Pharmacist License Minimum 5 years of pharmacy experience, including 3 years of hospital pharmacy management Strong leadership, budgeting, regulatory, and operational experience Pharmacy residency/fellowship and Master's degree preferred
