$148,000 - $220,000 + Comprehensive Benefits + Potential Relocation Assistance Position Overview our client is seeking an experienced Director of Pharmacy to lead the overall operations, clinical services, and strategic direction of a hospital pharmacy department. This leadership role is responsible for ensuring safe, effective, and compliant medication management while driving operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and high-quality patient care. Key Responsibilities Provide strategic leadership and oversight for all pharmacy operations and clinical services. Develop, implement, evaluate, and continuously improve pharmacy practices aligned with industry best practices. Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations, as well as accreditation standards. Lead recruitment, onboarding, development, performance management, and retention of pharmacy staff. Prepare and manage the department's annual operating budget and capital expenditure requests. Review, update, and maintain departmental policies and procedures in accordance with hospital requirements. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize medication safety, patient outcomes, and operational efficiency. Perform additional leadership responsibilities as assigned. Required Qualifications Pharm.

D. or Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy . Active Tennessee Pharmacist License (or ability to obtain if applicable). Minimum 5 years of pharmacy experience . At least 3 years of hospital pharmacy management experience . Proven leadership and team management experience. Preferred Qualifications Pharmacy Residency or Fellowship training. Master's Degree in a related field. Experience leading pharmacy operations within an acute care hospital. Compensation & Benefits Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits. Pay:
