Job Description
Pharmacy Service Specialist We are looking to hire friendly, dependable, and energetic people. We love to take great care of our customers so duties include but are not limited to: greeting customers, assisting with locating OTC items, retrieving prescriptions, correctly checking out customers, and maintaining cleanliness in the front of the pharmacy. All Pharmacy Service Specialists will help troubleshoot customer inquiries and evaluate how we can best serve our customers. Hours are Monday - Friday 9am to 6pm. Some Saturdays 9:00am to 2:00pm. No nights or Sundays!! Schedules are fixed so it's easy to know when you are scheduled to work!! The Pharmacy Service Specialist is responsible for the functions below, in addition to other duties as assigned: Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their shopping needs, answering customer inquiries, and resolving customer complaints. Operating Cash Register Prescription Intake Answering Telephone Ensure the appearance of the store is pleasing to the customer including all housekeeping tasks.
