Responsibilities:
Provide strategic direction and management of all pharmacy services in the hospital. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and promote patient safety. Desired Experience:
Proven experience as a Director of Pharmacy or in a senior pharmacy leadership role. Strong knowledge of hospital pharmacy operations, regulations, and best practices. Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Licensure as a pharmacist in the respective state and relevant certifications preferred.
