Monday-Friday, 9:00 am-6:00 pm | No weekends Position Summary CNS is seeking a compassionate, detail-oriented Full-Time Pharmacy Technician / Enteral Care Coordinator to support our closed-door pharmacy operations in Taylorsville, Utah. This is an excellent opportunity for a licensed pharmacy technician to step away from the retail counter and into a clinical, patient-facing coordination role. You'll manage an ongoing patient caseload, serve as a key point of contact between patients, providers, and our pharmacy team, and help ensure each patient's medication-related care plan is carried out accurately and on time. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential, as this role involves frequent phone-based interaction with patients and healthcare professionals, including physicians. Compensation & BenefitsHourly:
Starting at $22 - 25- We offer more hourly based on experience, education and work history.

- Manage an ongoing caseload of patients, coordinating their pharmacy-related care needs from intake through follow-up
- Serve as a primary point of contact for patients and caregivers regarding medications, refills, and care plan questions
- Communicate regularly by phone with physicians, nurse practitioners, and other medical professionals to coordinate and confirm patient care plans
- Track and follow up on prescriptions, refill authorizations, and insurance/prior authorization requirements to prevent gaps in care
- Document all patient interactions, assessments, and care coordination activity accurately and in a timely manner
- Partner with pharmacists and clinical staff to identify and resolve issues affecting a patient's medication regimen
- Provide clear, compassionate education to patients and caregivers on medication logistics and next steps
- Maintain organized, detail-accurate records to support compliance with pharmacy and payer requirements
- Support general pharmacy technician duties as needed within scope of licensure and CNS policy Qualifications
- Current Utah Pharmacy Technician license required
- Prior pharmacy technician experience required; home health, closed-door pharmacy, or specialty pharmacy experience preferred
- Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and confidently, verbally and in writing, with patients and medical professionals including physicians
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable managing a high volume of phone-based patient and provider communication
- Strong computer and data-entry skills; experience with pharmacy or care-coordination software preferred
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of an interdisciplinary care team
- Employee provides care and performs all duties within the scope of their license and CNS policy Physical Requirements
- Ability to sit for extended periods while performing phone-based and computer-based work
- Manual dexterity sufficient to operate a computer, phone, and standard pharmacy equipment
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 25 lbs
