Pulaski County Public Safety is hiring a full-time Pharmacy Manager to oversee pharmacy operations supporting EMS and patient care. Responsibilities include managing medication inventory and compliance, developing policies, providing leadership, and ensuring medication security. This position supervises pharmacy staff and reports to the Chief of EMS or designee/Pharmacy PIC. Work hours are as scheduled, may include 24-hour shifts requiring holidays and weekends. The salary scale for this position is $62,759 - $77,008 and is commensurate upon education and experience.

Educational Requirements:

The applicant must possess a VAOEMS Paramedic Certification (NRP preferred) and a high school diploma or equivalent. Additional education, training, or coursework in emergency medical services, pharmacy operations, healthcare administration, business management, or a related field is preferred. Experience in pharmacy operations and management is also preferred. Additionally, experience maintaining detailed records in both print and electronic formats is desirable.
