Kaiser Capitol Hill, Seattle, WA Responsibilities:
Lead and manage inpatient pharmacy operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies. Develop and implement strategic initiatives to optimize pharmacy services and improve patient outcomes. Supervise pharmacy staff, foster professional development, and promote a collaborative team environment. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate pharmacy services into broader healthcare delivery. Oversee budget management, resource allocation, and operational performance metrics. Drive continuous process improvement and quality assurance efforts within the pharmacy department.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in pharmacy management, preferably in an inpatient setting. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage pharmacy teams effectively. In-depth knowledge of pharmacy operations, medication management, and healthcare regulations. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities. Pharmacy license and relevant certifications as required. This direct hire role is well-suited for a proactive leader committed to enhancing pharmacy operations and patient care services.
