Job Description
PHARMACY MANAGER
Grantsburg, WI- Pharmacy Job Type Full-time Description Burnett Medical Center is a Critical Access Hospital looking to fill our open Pharmacy Manager position.
SHIFT & HOURS
1.0 FTE, 8 days on, 6 days off 7 days as acting pharmacist, 1 day administrative (Tue.-Fri. 12-hour shifts, Sat-Sun 6-hour shifts, Mon. 12-hour shift, Tuesday 8-hour shift)RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for overall leadership, operations, and regulatory compliance of the hospital pharmacy services. This role ensures safe, effective and cost-efficient medication management across inpatient, outpatient and emergency services. This role serves as a key interdisciplinary leader and collaborates closely with medical staff, nursing leadership, infection prevention, finance and quality teams. This position is benefit eligible including PTO, health, dental, vision, employer-paid life insurance, employer-paid short-term disability along with up to a 3% match in our 401k retirement plan. Requirements- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from an accredited school of pharmacy.
- Current pharmacist license in the State of Wisconsin
- BLS certification. ACLS certification within 6 months of hire.
- Minimum of 2 years of hospital pharmacy experience.
- Preferred leadership and management experience.
- Preferred experience with Critical Access Hospital operations.
