We're seeking an exceptional individual to join an exceptional team. We're looking for CPhT or ability to certify within 6 months. Must be willing and able to learn required skills; extreme attention to detail is an absolute requirement. Requires dexterity, standing, excellent pharmacy math skills, intense focus on task, and meticulous adherence to protocols; must be conscientious, dependable, and be able to coordinate within team and communicate clearly with team and patients. Minimum 2 years working technician experience desired. Must be teachable and committed to long-term working relationship; full competence requires long training cycle. 401K after 1 year, medical/dental insurance available/negotiable. Position will involve computer entry, processing prescriptions, and counting/loading previously compounded prescriptions. Once proficiency is demonstrated in the above, training in contemporary compounding techniques may be available to team members who show the necessary skills, attention to detail, and desire to learn. Ideal candidates will have demonstrated the ability to stay on task without ongoing supervision and will have a history of job stability.
