The Pharmacy Technician works alongside our pharmacists to provide outstanding customer service while ensuring prescriptions are prepared accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with all state and federal regulations. Multiple Locations Hiring:

Pine Bluff White Hall Star City Responsibilities Greet and assist patients with professionalism and compassion. Receive, process, and prepare prescription orders accurately. Enter prescription information into the pharmacy management system. Count, package, label, and prepare medications under pharmacist supervision. Process insurance claims and resolve third-party billing issues. Answer incoming phone calls and assist patients with pharmacy-related questions. Maintain accurate patient records and confidentiality (HIPAA compliance). Manage inventory, including ordering, receiving, stocking, and removing expired medications. Assist with medication synchronization, refill programs, and patient outreach initiatives. Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient pharmacy workspace. Work collaboratively with pharmacists and fellow team members to provide exceptional patient care. Qualifications Current Arkansas Pharmacy Technician Registration (or ability to obtain). Previous retail pharmacy experience preferred. Strong communication and customer service skills. Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy environment. Basic computer proficiency. Positive attitude and willingness to be part of a collaborative team. What We Offer Health benefits.
