Category Pharmacy - Pharmacy Technician Job Type Contract A growing mail order pharmacy is seeking three (3) certified pharmacy technicians to join their team on a contract basis with potential for contract-to-hire based on performance and reliability. This position is located near Cave Creek, AZ, with the work site in Scottsdale, making commute considerations important.

Flexible between 8:00 AM-4:30 PM and/or 10:30 AM-7:00 PM No weekends required

Key Responsibilities:

Enter new prescriptions, refills, and patient data accurately into the order management system Count, dispense, and label medications with precision Prepare shipments for mail order, including printing labels, sorting packages by courier, and ensuring on-time shipment in compliance with service level agreements Maintain a clean, compliant pharmacy environment following Arizona Board of Pharmacy policies and procedures

Required Skills and Experience:

Current Arizona pharmacy technician license and national certification Exceptional accuracy and adaptability in a fast-paced mail order setting Dependable, punctual, and accountable work ethic Strong organizational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail Positive, friendly demeanor with excellent verbal and written communication Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment Effective problem-solving and prioritization skills Commitment to continual learning and professional growth This contract role offers a chance to apply your pharmacy technician expertise in a dynamic mail order environment with flexible shifts and potential for longer-term employment.
