About Us:

MediSol Pharmacy is a new independent pharmacy in Glendale focused on high-quality care through non-sterile compounding, traditional prescription services, and supplement education. We operate under USP and guidelines , and we're building a hybrid pharmacy model where every technician is expected to contribute across compounding, operations, and patient support. This is a startup environment—fast-moving, sometimes messy, but full of opportunity.

What We're Looking For:

We're hiring a Pharmacy Technician who is confident in non-sterile compounding and can hit the ground running. This role requires a high level of reliability, initiative, and a mindset focused on both accuracy and patient care . If you're self-directed, eager to contribute, and comfortable in a startup setting , you'll fit right in.

Must-Haves:

Active Arizona Pharmacy Technician License and PTCB Certification Experience with non-sterile compounding under USP and (strongly preferred) Ability to work independently with minimal oversight Attention to detail, documentation, and cleanliness Strong communication skills and a patient-centered mindset

Nice-to-Haves:

Retail pharmacy experience (familiarity with billing, phone triage, and insurance)—I'm happy to train the right person Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus

Key Responsibilities:

Compound non-sterile preparations (capsules, creams, suspensions) according to USP / Assist with prescription processing, labeling, data entry, and inventory Answer phones, help patients at pickup, and provide customer service when needed Maintain workflow, cleanliness, and compliance in all areas of the pharmacy Take initiative when things need doing—this is a team of problem-solvers

Schedule:

Wed-Friday 9 am to 6 pm Other days may be offered depending on workflow

Pay Range:

$20/hour , ability to step into the role with minimal onboarding. Opportunities for growth and increased responsibility over time.

Important Notes:

This is a startup pharmacy. We're still building systems, SOPs, and workflows. If you need structure from day one, this might not be the right fit. No health, vision, dental, or 401K at this time.
