Job Description

Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) certification and 1+ years Pharmacy Technician experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A full-time Pharmacy Technician opportunity is available in Peridot, AZ for a contract assignment lasting 13 to 26+ weeks. This role offers the chance to utilize your inpatient hospital experience in a supportive environment that values flexibility and strong technical skills.
Responsibilities:
Accurately prepare, dispense, and distribute medications under pharmacist supervision Manage medication inventories and restock automated dispensing systems, including Omnicell Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure safe and effective medication administration Perform quality assurance checks and maintain compliance with regulatory standards Provide excellent customer service during evenings and weekends, adapting to shifting schedules between 8:00am-6:30pm and 10:30am-9:00pm shifts
Qualifications:
Active Arizona State Pharmacy Technician license is required Demonstrated inpatient hospital pharmacy technician experience Proficiency working with Omnicell automated dispensing systems Ability to work 40 hours per week, including flexible evenings and weekend shifts Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety
