Job Description
Category Pharmacy - Pharmacy Technician Job Type Direct Hire Soliant Health is seeking pharmacy technicians for an opportunity to work within a call center environment! This is a good opportunity if looking for a new environment to gain new experiences and knowledge!
Schedule:
- Mon-Fri; 2:00PM-10:30PM
- Rotation of weekends is required for all shifts
Job Responsibilities:
- Enter new and refill medication orders into the pharmacy software system with accuracy and efficiency.
- Track delivery status of medication.
- Endure order entry is meeting its commitments for pharmacy run times and exceed expectations.
- Provide superior level of customer service while consulting telephonically with customers regarding medication orders
- Monitor reports to identify medication orders requiring attention and resolve the identified concern.
IT:
Frameworks softwareRequirements:
- Active and clear Arizona Pharmacist (RPh) license
- PTCB license
- Call center and/or data entry experience is highly preferred.
