Job Description

Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is hiring a Data Intake Pharmacy Technician in Anaheim, California! This role is on-site / in person. Please read below and apply with an updated resume for consideration.

Anaheim, CA 92801 Responsibilities of the
Data Intake Pharmacy Technician:
Accurately create and maintain patient profiles in the pharmacy electronic records system Enter prescription information with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail Verify patient demographics, insurance information, and other required data Communicate with healthcare providers and internal teams to obtain missing information when necessary Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations and company policies regarding patient confidentiality Handle a high volume of data entry tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment Collaborate with team members and departments to resolve patient profile or prescription issues
Qualifications:
Active California Pharmacy Technician License required Long-Term Care (LTC) pharmacy experience required Experience entering prescriptions in an LTC pharmacy setting required Previous experience in a pharmacy data intake role preferred Strong data entry and organizational skills Pharmacy software and systems experience is a plus Excellent communication and multitasking abilities Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and 401K plan. Pay Details:
