Job Overview Join our dynamic healthcare team as a Pharmacy Technician, where your expertise will directly impact patient care and medication safety. In this vital role, you will support pharmacists in preparing and dispensing medications, managing patient prescriptions, and ensuring seamless pharmacy operations. Duties Assist pharmacists with medication preparation, including counting, labeling, and packaging prescriptions accurately. Enter prescription data and resolve insurance rejections Assist customers in person and over the phone Manage inventory and medication ordering Maintain pharmacy cleanliness and organization Support pharmacists with daily operations Comply with HIPAA and all pharmacy regulations Requirements Active California Pharmacy Technician license in good standing High school diploma or GED Previous retail pharmacy experience preferred Knowledge of pharmacy workflow, insurance billing, and prescription processing Familiarity with pharmacy software systems Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Reliable attendance and punctuality Ability to work independently and as part of a team Fluents in English and Spanish Ability to stand for extended periods Ability to lift up to 25 lbs Ability to perform repetitive tasks

Pay:

$17.50 - $21.50 per hour
