The pharmacy clerk/ technician will work to help patients navigate the complexities of healthcare by providing advanced therapies in a simple, convenient, and community based approach. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the pharmacy operations by providing exceptional patient service and ensuring the accurate handling of medications. This position requires a strong understanding of medical terminology and pharmacy practices, as well as a commitment to patient care and safety. Responsibilities Assist pharmacists in preparing and medications Provide excellent patient service by answering inquiries and addressing concerns regarding medications. Maintain accurate records of medication administration and patient profiles. Ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations and standards Organize and manage inventory, ensuring that medications are stocked and readily available. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and maintaining cleanliness in the pharmacy area. Qualifications Strong preference for bilingual in Mandarin and English. Excellent communication skills with a focus on patient care and service. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Commitment to upholding safety standards within the pharmacy setting. High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in pharmacy technology is a plus.
