Duties Prepare and dispense medications accurately under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist, including sterile IV infusions and compounded medications Assist with medication inventory management, including stock replenishment and proper storage according to pharmaceutical regulatory compliance standards Enter prescription data into pharmacy software systems with precision, maintaining meticulous records for audit purposes Support patient care by providing medication information, answering queries, and ensuring patient confidentiality at all times Perform pharmaceutical calculations to verify dosages and ensure correct medication administration Maintain aseptic techniques during sterile compounding procedures such as IV admixture and drug preparation Ensure adherence to state and federal pharmacy laws, medical terminology standards, and drug regulation guidelines in all activities Skills Proven experience as a Pharmacy Technician with LTC (Long-Term Care), critical care, clinical pharmacy, or hospital pharmacy background preferred Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical calculations, drug regulation, and medical terminology Familiarity with pharmacy software systems and data entry procedures for accurate record-keeping Experience with IV infusion preparation, aseptic technique, sterile IV admixture procedures, and compounding medications Excellent customer service skills with a focus on patient care and intake processes Ability to work efficiently in high-pressure environments such as hospital or acute care settings Knowledge of state healthcare regulations, pharmacy laws, and pharmaceutical regulatory compliance standards Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is highly desirable to support emergency response readiness Join us in making a difference by supporting healthcare professionals and enhancing patient well-being through expert pharmaceutical services.
