Responsibilities include processing prescriptions, entering patient and insurance information, resolving insurance rejections, preparing and labeling medications, managing inventory, answering phone calls, assisting customers at pickup and drop-off, operating the register, and maintaining a clean and organized pharmacy. The technician must provide excellent customer service, protect patient confidentiality, follow all pharmacy policies and regulations, and work effectively with pharmacists and other team members.

Essential Functions:

Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends Ability to complete required training within designated timeframe

Ability to concentrate on a task over a period of time Ability to pivot quickly from one task to another to meet patient and business needs Ability to confirm prescription information and label accuracy, ensuring patient safety
