We are looking for Pharmacy Clerk/Cashier to join our team.

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

Operate all aspects of the register, including cash and card transactions Maintain an accurate cash drawer, ensuring that all transactions are accounted for by the end of the shift Effectively communicate by phone and in person with customers and physician's offices Record accurate patient information while maintaining confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA regulations. Accept written prescriptions or refill requests from patients, and input written or electronic prescription data into the pharmacy software system. Call customers for medication reminders . Collect payment and insurance information accurately Assist customers with bagging and carrying products as needed Maintain a clean work environment, keeping register clear for incoming customers Local Delivery and help with other duties as required or requested
