. Pharmacy Tech Compensation The pay for this position is $20.14per hourSchedule:
Available shift: Monday - Friday 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM On-site as needed Safety sensitive position requiring physical demands such as lifting 50-70 pounds. Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates Pharmacy Tech Responsibilities Selects, picks, and packages medications and supplies for shipment to patients under pharmacist supervision. Performs record-keeping functions and assists in inventory control processes. Cross-trains on Operations Assistant/Materials Coordinator duties as needed. Maintains complete, timely, and accurate documentation of all approvals and denials for prior authorization calls. Provides professional phone assistance to members and providers while adhering to specific processes Pharmacy Tech Requirements Verifiable High School diploma or GED is required. CA Pharmacy Tech License Ability to be on feet all day.Experience:
1 year professional work experience preferred in a warehouse, purchasing and/or inventory environment. At least 1 year experience as a pharmacy technician in retail/hospital/specialty setting. 3 months professional work experience needed in a warehouse, purchasing and/or inventory environment. 3 months experience as a pharmacy technician in retail/hospital/specialty setting.
