Bilingual Pharmacy Technician (English/Spanish Required) Southgate Pharmacy is seeking a motivated, compassionate, and detail-oriented Bilingual Pharmacy Technician to join our growing independent pharmacy team. We are building a pharmacist-empowered, tech-forward pharmacy model focused on patient care, medication therapy management (MTM), and preventative health. REQUIREMENTS

Fluent in Spanish and English (Required) Active California Pharmacy Technician License (Required) Strong communication and customer service skills Experience with insurance processing (preferred) Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Basic computer proficiency

RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist pharmacist in preparing and dispensing medications Process insurance claims and resolve rejections Provide excellent bilingual customer service Manage inventory and medication organization Support MTM documentation and patient outreach Maintain HIPAA compliance and pharmacy regulations
