Responsibilities:

Work in a fast-paced environment and demonstrates compassionate, genuine care for patients and customers. Performs duties as assigned by Pharmacist and Store Manager including utilizing pharmacy systems to enter patient and drug information, ensuring information is entered correctly, filling prescriptions by retrieving, filling bubble packs, vials, keeping inventory updated. Expedite the processing of prescriptions by performing all duties necessary and allowable, by policy or law. Maintain a high level of professionalism, consistent with company standards, in dress, personal appearance and grooming. Physical Demands Standing / walking for an extended period of time. Near vision; ability to see details at close range to perform activities such as: transcribing, viewing a computer terminal, reading, visual inspection involving small parts Effective verbal communication; expressing or exchanging ideas by means of spoken word, especially when detailed or important instructions must be conveyed accurately. Ability to move quickly from one task to another according to the needs of the pharmacy.
