Every day, you will accurately perform pharmaceutical calculations, compound non-sterile dosage forms, and effectively utilize inventory management systems and automated dispensing cabinets. Operating in a fast-paced, highly regulated, and often high-stress environment with constant interruptions, you will leverage your high-level security clearance to access all medication storage areas, procedural areas, and surgical suites. You must strictly abide by all state and federal regulations, including stringent record-keeping and infection prevention standards, while consistently prioritizing work to respond to acute critical patient needs alongside scheduled duties. To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate initiative, flexibility, and a strong willingness to work as a cohesive member of a team. Your ability to accurately prepare medications, manage inventory, navigate a highly regulated environment, and maintain composure under pressure will be crucial in supporting our pharmacists and ensuring patient safety. Perform all duties of a pharmacy technician in accordance with established policies and procedures related to the preparation and distribution of medication.
