Full-Time Flex Pharmacy Technician — Good Day Pharmacy Northern Colorado | Full-Time | $20.00-$28.00/hour Position Summary The Full-Time Flex Pharmacy Technician is a versatile member of the Good Day Pharmacy team who provides staffing support across our Northern Colorado pharmacy locations based on operational and coverage needs. This position is ideal for an experienced pharmacy technician who enjoys variety, adapts quickly to different teams and workflows, and is comfortable working at multiple locations. Flex Technicians may support retail or Long-Term Care pharmacy operations depending on their training, experience, and business needs. Because this role requires a higher level of flexibility and adaptability than a technician assigned to a single location, successful Flex Technicians must be dependable, confident in their pharmacy technician skills, and able to step into different environments while providing consistent, high-quality support. What You'll Do Provide pharmacy technician coverage at Good Day Pharmacy locations throughout Northern Colorado based on staffing and operational needs Adapt to different pharmacy locations, teams, workflows, and patient populations Accurately prepare, fill, package, label, and process prescriptions within the technician's scope of practice Assist pharmacists with prescription processing, medication preparation, inventory, customer or facility needs, and daily pharmacy workflow Use Good Day Pharmacy systems and technology to accurately process and manage prescriptions Follow all pharmacy procedures related to medication safety, accuracy, HIPAA, documentation, and quality assurance Communicate effectively with pharmacy managers, pharmacists, technicians, and other team members when transitioning between locations Learn and maintain competency in the workflows necessary to successfully support assigned Good Day Pharmacy locations Identify workflow concerns, prescription discrepancies, inventory issues, or other potential problems and communicate them promptly Help maintain organized, efficient, and patient-focused pharmacy operations Provide additional support during vacations, leaves of absence, staffing shortages, high-volume periods, or other coverage needs Jump in where needed and contribute positively to each team and location you support What You'll Bring High school diploma or equivalent Active Pharmacy Technician registration, license, and/or certification as required by applicable state law Previous pharmacy technician experience strongly preferred Ability and willingness to work at multiple Good Day Pharmacy locations throughout Northern Colorado Reliable transportation and the ability to travel between assigned pharmacy locations Strong pharmacy technician skills and the ability to learn different pharmacy workflows quickly Strong attention to detail and commitment to medication and patient safety Ability to stay organized and accurate in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and interpersonal skills Dependability and the ability to adjust to changing staffing needs and assignments A team-first attitude and willingness to support different locations and coworkers Schedule & Travel This is a full-time flex position designed to provide coverage across Good Day Pharmacy's Northern Colorado locations. Work location and schedule may vary based on staffing needs, planned time off, leaves, vacancies, and other operational needs. Flex Technicians must be willing and able to travel to different Good Day Pharmacy locations and should expect their assigned work location to change periodically. Whenever possible, schedules and location assignments will be communicated in advance. Compensation $20.00-$28.00 per hour Starting pay within the range is based on relevant pharmacy experience, technician certification, demonstrated skills and competencies, and the individual's ability to support multiple pharmacy workflows and locations.
