In this vital role, you will be responsible for accurately entering and maintaining patient and medication information into Framework software. This role supports long-term care facilities such as nursing homes, assisted living and rehab centers by processing prescriptions, verifying orders, and providing excellent customer service to facility staff and practitioners. Responsibilities Accurately input patient and medication orders into the pharmacy's electronic system (Framework) Process new and refill prescriptions, verify eligibility and proof orders Answer incoming phone calls, clarify information, and resolve questions from facility staff Maintain accurate, up-to-date records in line with pharmacy regulations and facility policies Preferred Qualifications At least one year of experience working as a Pharmacy Technician Valid Pharmacy Technician License Long Term Care pharmacy experience is a plus This is a full-time position, 2:30PM-11:00PM with alternating weekends.
