Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Certified Pharmacy Technician to join our healthcare team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the safe and effective delivery of medications to patients. You will work closely with pharmacists and healthcare professionals in a retail setting, providing exceptional patient service and support. Duties Assist pharmacists in preparing and dispensing medications. Maintain medication inventory, including ordering and restocking supplies as needed. Provide patient care by answering questions and addressing concerns regarding medications and medical supplies. Adhere to all regulatory guidelines and pharmacy policies to ensure compliance and safety. Participate in training programs to enhance skills related to pharmacy operations and patient care. Skills Strong knowledge of pharmacy practices and procedures. Excellent patient service skills with a focus on compassionate care. Familiarity with medical terminology relevant to pharmacy operations. Experience in a pharmacy retail setting. Ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team while maintaining attention to detail. Effective communication skills for interacting with patients, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals.
