Monday•Friday, 8:00 AM•6:00 PM (40 hours per week) A specialty compounding pharmacy focused on Weight Loss and Bio-Identical Hormone Replacement Therapy is seeking an experienced Lead Pharmacy Technician to help manage daily pharmacy operations and support growth initiatives. This full-time, direct hire position offers a dynamic role for a motivated pharmacy professional ready to take on leadership responsibilities in a specialized healthcare setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee administrative tasks including managing invoices and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) Demonstrate strong attention to detail in all aspects of pharmacy operations Communicate effectively and collaborate with pharmacy staff and healthcare professionals Maintain professionalism and reliability in managing work duties Multitask efficiently while supporting pharmacy workflows Exhibit willingness to learn and adapt in a growing pharmacy environment Lead and motivate the pharmacy team to contribute to business growth
Qualifications & Experience:
Active and clear Florida Pharmacy Technician license required Proven experience as a Lead Pharmacy Technician, demonstrating leadership capabilities Compounding pharmacy experience is preferred, particularly in specialty compounding, but not mandatory Excellent organizational and communication skills Strong commitment to professionalism and teamwork Join a supportive, patient-centered pharmacy where your expertise as a Lead Pharmacy Technician will be valued and where you'll play a key role in managing a specialty compounding pharmacy.
