Company Description:

Darmerica is an FDA registered and Florida Board of Pharmacy licensed distributor for compounding pharmacies throughout the 50 States. We supply a full line of active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs), nutraceuticals, peptides, cosmetic ingredients, natural herbal extracts as well as specialty excipients.

Responsibilities:

• Handle shipping and receiving as per Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and the FDA current Good Manufacturing Procedures (cGMP) regulations after on-job training
• Perform reviewing Darmerica product labels, COAs & SDS for accuracy and relabeling & repacking of all incoming products
• Be able to stand for long periods of time performing repacking of products in clean rooms as per SOPs
• Place products in the designated area for Quality Unit release after relabeling and repacking
• Complete all necessary forms and logbooks
• Clean work station areas and equipments as per SOPs
• Maintain weekly inventory of Repacking and Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) supplies
• Conduct periodic inventory reconciliation & administration as needed
• Must be familiar with Good Documentation Practices (GDP)
• Other duties as assigned (after training)

Qualifications:

• Applicants must be a Permanent Resident (with a Green Card) or US Citizen.
• Minimum of 1 year working experience preferred in the pharmaceutical, compounding pharmacy, food, or cosmetic, or nutraceutical industries
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal skills
• Proficient with MS Excel and Word with strong keyboarding skills
• Able to work effectively in a friendly team environment
• Highly organized and detail oriented
• Strong time management and prioritization skills with ability to multi-task
• Must be familiar with

GMP and GDP Education:

a minimum Bachelor's Degree from a University (Chemistry, Pharmacy, Health Sciences, Biology, etc. an asset)

Salary Range :

$48,000 - $55,000 per year based on experience, salary can be adjusted after probation based on performance. Employee bonus plan up to 10% annual performance bonus, prorated quarterly payout after completing probation.
