We're looking for a motivated and adaptable Compounding Pharmacy Technician who's ready to think beyond traditional pharmacy roles. This position plays a key role in preparing customized medications, supporting daily pharmacy operations, and delivering exceptional patient care. You'll work closely with pharmacists, prescribers, and patients while helping expand our compounding services and innovative solutions. Responsibilities Assist pharmacists with non-sterile and/or sterile compounding preparation following established formulas and procedures Accurately weigh, measure, and prepare compounded medications Maintain proper documentation for compounding logs and formulas Communicate with prescribers' offices to clarify prescriptions and support patient care Help manage inventory, ordering, and expiration tracking for compounding ingredients and supplies Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant compounding environment Follow USP guidelines and all applicable state and federal regulations Provide excellent customer service to patients and healthcare partners Support pharmacy initiatives focused on innovation, growth, and patient-centered care Assist with packaging, labeling, and final preparation of compounded prescriptions Qualifications Active Florida Pharmacy Technician License (Required) Compounding experience required (non-sterile) 1+ year of pharmacy experience preferred (independent, retail, or compounding) Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment Passion for innovation and patient-centered care Job Type Full-time Benefits 401(k) 401(k)
