We're looking for a Central Fill Pharmacy Technician who is dependable, detail-oriented, and ready to be part of a fast-paced pharmacy distribution environment. What You'll Do As a Central Fill Pharmacy Technician, you'll work under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist to support the preparation and distribution of medications to our hospital partners. Fill hospital Pyxis medication orders using pharmacy software with a high level of accuracy Pick, prepare, and repackage medications for distribution Operate unit-dose packaging and other pharmacy equipment Restock medications and supplies received from vendors Perform inventory control, including identifying expired medications and coordinating returns or disposal Prepare, secure, and load medication totes for delivery Maintain safe and secure medication handling throughout the fulfillment process Serve as a backup driver for medication deliveries when needed Work closely with pharmacists, fellow technicians, and other team members to accomplish daily goals Help identify opportunities to improve processes, safety, and efficiency

What You Bring Required:

High School diploma or GED Active Florida Registered Pharmacy Technician license Ability to maintain accuracy, prioritize tasks, and work both independently and as part of a team Strong communication skills and commitment to safety and quality

Preferred:

Associate's or Bachelor's degree Completion of a board-certified pharmacy technician program One year of pharmacy technician experience Physical and environmental requirements include the ability to lift 35-50 lbs., work in a fast-paced environment, operate equipment requiring manual dexterity, and be present for scheduled shifts, including overtime, weekends, or holidays as needed.
