We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Certified Pharmacy Technician to join our growing team. Position Summary The Certified Pharmacy Technician will assist pharmacists in prescription processing, customer service, inventory management, and pharmacy operations while maintaining compliance with all state and federal regulations. Required Qualifications Current Florida Registered Pharmacy Technician license National certification preferred (PTCB or ExCPT) Minimum 2 years of pharmacy technician experience Strong knowledge of pharmacy workflow and prescription processing Experience with pharmacy management software Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment High attention to detail and accuracy Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Preferred Qualifications Compounding experience (non-sterile and/or sterile) Experience with PCCA formulas and compounding procedures Experience with insurance adjudication and prior authorizations Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurance plans Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred.
