We can teach you how to type a prescription, count a fill, run insurance, and manage inventory. That part is learnable, and I have trained plenty of people to do it well. We are not a chain. There is no corporate script, and nobody counting your seconds at the register. We are a small team that takes care of our neighbors, and our patients know us by name. What you will do Take care of customers at the counter and on the phone, and make them glad they came to us Enter prescriptions, process insurance claims, and work through the issues that come with them Fill and prepare prescriptions under the pharmacist's supervision Keep the shelves stocked, the inventory straight, and the workflow moving Handle problems before somebody has to ask twice Pitch in wherever the day requires it, because that is how a small pharmacy runs What we are looking for You like people and people like you. You can make small talk with a stranger and mean it. You are a self starter. You see what needs doing and you do it without being told. You are dependable. You show up on time and your team can count on you. You handle a busy day without getting short with anyone. You are willing to learn, take feedback, and get better. You can keep information private. Everything here is confidential. What we do NOT require A pharmacy technician registration. If you are not registered yet, we will put you through the training at our expense and walk you through getting registered with the Florida Board of Pharmacy. Prior pharmacy experience. It is a plus, but attitude and work ethic matter more to us. Retail, restaurant, or any other job where you took care of people counts for a lot here. Requirements High school diploma or GED Eligible to register as a pharmacy technician in Florida (we will walk you through it) Able to stand, move around, and lift up to 25 pounds during a shift Background check and drug screen required Schedule and benefits Flexible Full time or part time - we need good people when we can have good people.
