Carrollwood Compounding Center, partnered heavily with our sister pharmacy in Atlanta, GA—Integrity Compounding Pharmacy—is an industry leader in the 503A compounding marketplace. We are located in a great, professional space with a fantastic team. We are committed to delivering high-quality, personalized compounded medications while providing exceptional customer service. On average, Carrollwood Compounding Center currently fills 45 prescriptions per day, and we are actively focused on increasing that number. POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking a full-time Pharmacy Technician to join our Tampa team! You will work directly alongside our Pharmacist-in-Charge (PIC) and a small, dedicated team of pharmacy technicians. The ideal candidate holds an active Florida Pharmacy Technician License, is an absolute team player, brings a positive attitude every day, and is eager to help grow our daily prescription count. Experience with non-sterile compounding is a plus, but we are absolutely willing to train the right candidate who has a strong desire to learn and grow their compounding skills. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Work alongside the Pharmacist-in-Charge (PIC) and fellow technicians to support day-to-day pharmacy operations and ensure smooth prescription fulfillment. Accurately count, label, and package medications for final verification by the Pharmacist. Prepare or learn to prepare non-sterile compounded medications, adhering to high quality and safety standards. Maintain accurate inventory, organize supplies, and ensure a clean, compliant workspace. Foster a collaborative, team-oriented environment and provide excellent customer service to patients and providers. Uphold company goals related to quality, safety, and customer satisfaction Punctuality and low absenteeism

QUALIFICATIONS

Active Florida Pharmacy Technician License in good standing (Required). Non-sterile compounding experience is a plus, but a willingness to learn and grow compounding skills is required. A true team player who works well in a small team and brings a consistently positive attitude. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Commitment to high-quality patient care and service excellence.
