Pharmacy Operations Manager About Infinite Health Pharmacy Infinite Health Pharmacy is a patient-centered mail order pharmacy committed to accuracy, efficiency, and exceptional care. We specialize in the preparation and fulfillment of customized medication kits shipped directly to clients across the country. Our team works collaboratively to ensure every order meets the highest standards of safety and quality. Position Summary The Pharmacy Technician will play a critical behind-the-scenes role in the fulfillment of mail order medication kits. This position is non-client facing and focuses on order preparation, verification support, packaging, and inventory management within a regulated environment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and thrives in a structured workflow setting. Key Responsibilities- Accurately fill and label mail order prescriptions and medication kits under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist.
- Verify medication information, lot numbers, and expiration dates for quality assurance.
- Maintain organized inventory of medications, supplies, and packaging materials.
- Prepare and package outgoing shipments in compliance with pharmacy and postal regulations.
- Assist pharmacists with daily production reports and order tracking.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable state and federal laws, including HIPAA and pharmacy board requirements.
- Maintain clean and orderly workstations according to safety and regulatory standards.
- Participate in ongoing training and quality improvement initiatives. Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; postsecondary coursework in pharmacy technology preferred.
- Current Pharmacy Technician license or registration (state-specific as required).
- National certification (PTCB or NHA) preferred.
- Prior experience in a mail order, specialty, or fulfillment pharmacy strongly preferred.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in repetitive tasks.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, production-based environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with pharmacy software systems. Work Environment
- Primarily warehouse or fulfillment center setting.
- Standing for extended periods and light to moderate lifting (up to 25 lbs) may be required.
- Standard business hours; occasional overtime may be necessary during peak periods. Compensation and Benefits
