Job Summary Formulate Rx Pharmacy is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Pharmacy Technician to join our pharmacy team. This is a compounding position , and prior compounding experience is not required. Training will be provided. Responsibilities Assist with the preparation of non-sterile compounded medications according to established formulas and procedures Accurately weigh, measure, mix, and prepare ingredients under pharmacist supervision Follow proper compounding techniques and pharmacy procedures Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant compounding workspace Clean and maintain compounding equipment and work areas Complete required documentation and compounding records accurately Assist with inventory, ingredient organization, and supply management Package and label compounded preparations Follow quality assurance, safety, and infection-control procedures Work collaboratively with pharmacists and other pharmacy team members Requirements Pharmacy Technician license in the state of Florida Bilingual (English and Spanish) preferred Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent communication skills Ability to follow written procedures and compounding protocols Intermediate computer skills and comfort learning pharmacy software systems Ability to work collaboratively with pharmacists and other team members Minimum of 1 year of experience as a pharmacy technician Flexible availability, including weekends Compounding experience preferred This role is an excellent opportunity for motivated pharmacy technicians interested in compounding.
