The pharmacy operates in the Advantage Pavilion for Behavioral Health. Our ideal candidate is attentive, ambitious, and hard-working. We work as a team to provide quality care for our patients in a unique setting for a retail pharmacy. Responsibilities Process prescriptions, evaluating for completeness and accuracy Coordinate patient care through consistent communication Prepare and package medications for dispensing Assist with insurance claims processing Stock medications/inventory management Prepare medications for delivery to patients/facilities Point of Sale Maintain patient confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA regulations Assist the pharmacist in maintaining a productive and positive environment for patient care Qualifications A high school diploma or equivalent Current registration with Georgia Board of Pharmacy CPhT preferred, not required Pharmacy experience required Must be organized, detail-oriented, and exhibit excellent communication skills to both customers and a variety of other team members involved in patients' care Must be efficient with computers; experience with PioneerRx preferred We are looking forward to receiving your application!
