Job Summary:
As a Pharmacy Technician at Broulim's Pharmacy, you will play a vital role in supporting our pharmacists in various pharmacy operations. Your responsibilities will include assisting with prescription processing, preparing medications, and providing excellent customer service to our patients. Join us in providing personalized pharmacy solutions and ensuring the safety and well-being of our customers.
Examples of Duties:
Assist pharmacists in processing prescription orders, including data entry and insurance verification. Prepare and label prescription medications accurately and efficiently. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the pharmacy area, including stocking shelves and managing inventory. Assist customers with prescription pickups and inquiries, providing friendly and knowledgeable service. Handle incoming phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate pharmacy staff member. Perform administrative tasks, such as filing paperwork and maintaining patient records. Adhere to all pharmacy laws, regulations, and safety standards to ensure compliance.
Knowledge:
Knowledge of pharmacy laws, regulations, and best practices. Familiarity with prescription processing systems and pharmacy software. Basic understanding of medical terminology and drug classifications.

Communication:
Excellent communication skills for interacting with pharmacy staff and customers. Attention to

Strong attention to detail for accurately preparing and labeling medications.

Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. Completion of a pharmacy technician training program or equivalent experience. Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) certification preferred. Knowledge of pharmacy laws, regulations, and best practices.
